FIRE - Candle of health

"Give me strength and longevity

At first, this FIRE is light, like tangerines that have absorbed the sun's rays for months.

Then the flame becomes like a red flower, hot and spicy.

Finally, only the smoke of the ashes remains, the ultimate witness of this fire that burns and heals.

Head : Bitter orange - Mandarin

Heart : Carnation - Saffron

Base : Incense - Styrax Pyrogene

Light it every time you want to raise the energy of the room.

Do it in full consciousness, in front of a mirror, reciting aloud the following mantra:

I visualize light passing through my body.
My inner flame burns with a constant fire.
I am well.

Stare at the flame, watching it being born, growing, dancing and dying. Make it your daily ritual.
